Indonesia eVisa for EU Citizens 2026 – European Visitor Guide

Citizens of European Union member states planning a trip to Indonesia in 2026 need to obtain a visa. All EU nationals are eligible for the Indonesia eVOA (Electronic Visa on Arrival / B1), which can be applied for online before departure. This guide covers the process, requirements, and practical tips for European visitors.

Yes – all EU passport holders require a visa to enter Indonesia. EU citizens are not on Indonesia’s visa-free list (with the exception of countries that have bilateral agreements – primarily ASEAN members, which no EU country is part of). However, all EU nationals are eligible for the eVOA (B1) at IDR 500,000 per person.
