Customs Declaration – eCD App
Since 2023, Indonesia has implemented the Electronic Customs Declaration (eCD) system. All international arrivals must complete the customs declaration form, which is now available digitally:
- Download the Electronic Customs Declaration (m-Pina) app before your flight
- Complete the form and receive a QR code
- Present the QR code at customs upon arrival
- Paper forms are still available at the airport but queues are longer
Bali Tourist Levy (2024-2026)
Since February 2024, Bali charges an international tourist levy of IDR 150,000 per person (~$10 USD / ~£8 / ~€9). This is separate from the visa fee and applies only to visitors entering via Bali (Ngurah Rai Airport or Benoa Seaport):
- Pay via the Love Bali app or website before departure
- Or pay on arrival at designated counters at Ngurah Rai Airport

Health Requirements
